Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our operations team. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for coordinating various operational tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and assisting with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate operational activities and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels; assist with inventory control procedures.
- Assist in the scheduling and planning of operational meetings and events.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications; respond to inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Support the Operations Manager and team members as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
