Operations Executive

Fleet Line Shipping is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The role will be based at our Head Office located on Sheikh Zayed Road, with operational exposure at JAFZA as well.

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end coordination with key stakeholders, including customers, shipping carriers, port authorities, and suppliers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless handling of shipping operations, maintain communication flow, and facilitate logistics procedures to meet client expectations. A strong understanding of operational documentation, cargo handling, and shipping compliance is crucial.

Candidates with experience in Out of Gauge (OOG) cargo and cargo lashing will be given preference. You must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar shipping or freight forwarding environment. Your role will also involve tracking shipments, preparing necessary documentation, ensuring timely deliveries, and resolving logistical issues efficiently.
