Operations Executive

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Executive to join our logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Dubai Customs clearance processes, Calogi bookings, and DP World Trade operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless end-to-end cargo handling, adhering strictly to regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include handling customs clearance for imports and exports, processing Calogi bookings, managing air freight documentation, and overseeing DP World/DP Trade procedures such as vessel scheduling, e-token issuance, and gate pass generation. The Operations Executive will coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters to guarantee timely cargo movement while maintaining accurate records through systems like Calogi, Mirsal II, and Dubai Trade.

Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of Dubai Customs and related portals, familiarity with air and sea freight procedures, and the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
