Operations Executive

Aargus Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations Executive specializing in Air Exports. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in managing export shipments and possess strong coordination and documentation skills within the logistics industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete air export process, ensuring smooth coordination with multiple stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end air export shipments, from booking through to final uplift

• Preparing and reviewing export documentation such as Air Waybill (AWB), invoices, and packing lists

• Coordinating with airlines, clearing agents (CHA), transport providers, and warehouse teams

• Ensuring timely cargo bookings, readiness, and adherence to airline cut-off times

• Monitoring shipment progress and providing regular updates to customers

• Maintaining accurate records in ERP systems and shipment tracking tools

• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and airline requirements

• Handling operational challenges and managing urgent or priority shipments efficiently

Requirements for the role:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in air export operations

• Strong knowledge of export documentation, airline coordination, and customs procedures

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as CargoWise or similar platforms (preferred)

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
