Operations Executive

Se Air Global Logistics LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Executive to join its Sea Freight Operations team in Dubai. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import/export operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sea freight shipments, managing operational processes, and ensuring smooth import and export activities while maintaining compliance with Dubai customs regulations. Candidates must be locally available and have relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Sea Freight operations for both FCL and LCL shipments.

• Manage import and export customs clearance processes.

• Handle shipment documentation and operational procedures.

• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure timely cargo movement.

• Ensure compliance with operational standards and customs regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Sea Freight Operations experience in Dubai.

• University Degree.

• Candidates must be locally available in the UAE. 

Arabs& Middle Easterners

• Experience in Sea Freight Operations (FCL & LCL).

• Experience in Import & Export Customs Clearance and Operations in Dubai.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Sea Freight Operations (FCL & LCL)

• Import and Export Customs Clearance

• Logistics documentation and shipment coordination
