What You’ll Do:

🔹 Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

🔹 Coordinate between departments to streamline workflows

🔹 Implement and optimize internal processes and systems

🔹 Support senior management with strategic planning and execution

🔹 Manage office administration, HR coordination, and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in an Operations Manager role, preferably in real estate or a service-based industry

✅ Based in Dubai and ready to work on-site

✅ Excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written

✅ Strong organizational and leadership skills

✅ Problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on approach
