BEXA Assurance Investments LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and possess strong expertise in clinic setup, healthcare regulations, and staff management within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day clinic operations across departments
• Oversee end-to-end clinic setup, including planning, licensing, and compliance
• Supervise and coordinate medical and administrative teams
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and health authority requirements
• Liaise with government entities, insurance providers, and key stakeholders
• Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery

 Requirements:

• Proficiency in Arabic is essential, along with strong English communication skills
• Extensive experience with DHA, DOH, MOH, and regulatory bodies
• Proven track record in clinic establishment, licensing, and staff supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE healthcare operations experience
