About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager – Soft Services to oversee and lead the delivery of housekeeping, janitorial, pest control, waste management, and other non-technical services across our facilities. This role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, and compliance with quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of soft services across multiple sites.
• Supervise and support housekeeping supervisors, team leaders, and front-line staff.
• Ensure quality service delivery as per contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage client relationships and address service-related issues promptly.
• Plan manpower allocation and shift scheduling efficiently.
• Monitor consumable usage, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and training for continuous improvement.
• Drive cost optimization and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Soft Services or Facilities Management, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, materials, and equipment.
• Familiarity with HSE practices and local labor laws.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Certifications like BICSc, IOSH/NEBOSH are a plus.
