Operations Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage Aluminium, Steel, and Glass Works projects at Al Malmas Metal Const Ind L.L.C, a growing leader in the UAE metal and aluminium industry. This role combines operations oversight with opportunities for business development and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage Aluminium, Steel, and Glass fabrication projects from start to finish
• Ensure high-quality execution while meeting project deadlines
• Oversee site teams and coordinate production activities efficiently
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand the business
• Prepare and review quotations, material requirements, and site needs

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License
• Proven expertise in Aluminium, Steel, and Glass Fabrication Works
• Skilled in Fire Rated Doors & Windows
• Experience with applications such as Shower Partitions, Balcony Railings, and Louver Doors
• Male candidates preferred
