Description:
We are looking for an Operations Manager for well-established 100 % UAE owned Fabrication company manufacturing skid packages, static equipment’s and process piping, holding Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering with MBA degree, with minimum 20 years of experience in Fabrication, Assembly, Installation and Fat of static equipment’s, well testing equipment’s, process piping and skid packages. Heading Engineering, Estimation, Projects & Production Departments.
Job Responsibilities are listed below:-
- End to End responsibility for Estimation, Projects, production & Engineering departments.
- Overall responsible for Projects department and which includes but not limited to ensure timely completion within the allocated budget with all contractual obligations & maintaining the margins as budgeted for individual projects.
- Forecasting minimum 3 months look ahead schedule for supply manpower mobilization & demobilization and submit the report to Executive Vice President.
- Handling End to end Engineering responsibility by ensuring engineering document quality, technical compliances and meeting committed time line for all technical deliverables along with engineering resource planning and allocation.
- To prepare the project execution plan for management review and approval and manage approved plan to achieve project deliverables and timeline objectives and update the management during weekly meetings.
- Evaluation of Tenders (Budget / Firm / Job-in-Hand), prioritizing the submission based on tender category & submission of schedule and allocate suitable resources to ensure that estimation approach to be with a win & win strategy and not for the sake of quoting.
- Ensure that Techno commercial offer is in line with the client specifications, standards and the same has been captured as budget during our estimations.
