Operations Manager

Description:

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in the UAE.

Now there are some minimum criteria as always:

• You must be based in GCC today and require no more than 6 weeks joining time if successful
• 6 years of operations/project management experience in the WESTERN oil & gas sector
• 3 years of experience in the Middle East in a similar role
• Background industrial services
• Engineering and Project Management qualification
• Commercial & technical acumen

What you’ll do:

• Lead daily operations and ensure smooth project execution
• Manage budgets, contracts and financial performance
• Oversee HSE compliance, incident reporting and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead and develop a high performing team
