What You Will Do At Deel
 

  • Execute initiatives and manage projects leading to a higher level of excellence across all operations teams and beyond
  • Identify highly impactful problems or moments of friction and improve customer experience by implementing changes successfully
  • Implement, own and improve operational systems and processes, workflows, and/or organizational tools, and drive improvements leading to us serving customers faster, better or more efficiently
  • Put yourself into the shoes of our customer, deep dive into specific user flows and common challenges to understand priorities
  • Work closely with an international team and collaborate with operations team members and stakeholders, such as product, knowledge and more

     

Requirements
 

  • 4+ years work experience in a start-up or in a fast paced company or consultancy
  • Ability to grasp problems quickly and design pragmatic solutions
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Extreme attention to detail while being able to drive impact quickly and successfully
  • High energy level and drive, practice first principles thinking
  • Strong analytical skills turning data into insights (SQL skills are a must)
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, being hands-on and pragmatic is what makes you and your team successful
  • You are a team player and customer obsessed
