Operations Manager

Sand & Stone is one of the UAE’s fastest-growing luxury and affordable home furnishing companies. We offer soft furnishing (bespoke beds, sofas, and dining chairs) and specialise in marble and granite products (bespoke tables, home decor) and fit-out services (bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, cladding, and vanities). We’re looking for a driven Operations Manager to take charge of our production, deliveries, and on-site installations.

In this role, you’ll:

• Help manage the production line and ensure orders are completed on time

• Be present for deliveries and installations across sites

• Keep projects running smoothly and clients well-informed

• Coordinate teams, maintain site standards, and resolve any issues

• Report progress regularly to management

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in stone masonry or related industries

• Strong leadership and client communication skills

• Fluent in English, Arabic, Hindi & Urdu required

• Highly organised, reliable, and proactive

• Must have a valid UAE driving licence and drive
