Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in 3PL companies

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise delivery riders
• Managing rider performance, handling onboarding and training
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for vehicle repairs
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Resolve live issues, shift management and ensure timely solutions
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in 3PL companies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Candidates must be available inside UAE
