We’re Hiring: Operations Trainer | Dubai (UAE)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Trainer to lead standardization initiatives, enhance performance, and deliver data-driven training programs across multiple locations within the UAE.

This role requires a strong operational mindset combined with training expertise to ensure consistent execution, safety, and customer experience across last-mile and dark store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end training programs for Last Mile and dark store operational teams
• Drive standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety standards, customer experience, and operational efficiency
• Design and develop engaging training materials including presentations, digital tools, and video content
• Utilize Power BI, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to measure training effectiveness and performance impact
• Conduct regular travel across the UAE to ensure on-ground training consistency and operational excellence
