Hiring Operations/Customer Service Agent (E-Commerce)

  • Location: Dubai
  • Contract Period: Permanent
  • Salary: AED 3,500/-

Job Description:

  • Should have prior experience in E-Commerce Industry
  • Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (emails and phone) for both our merchants and the customers using our CRM platform
  • Handle day to day merchant operations and issues to the best of available system knowledge and escalate them when necessary to your team leader
  • Fluent in English. Arabic speaking would be an added bonus
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts from Sunday to Saturday (essential)
  • High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
  • Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills. Must be able to connect with what users are asking for and accordingly respond to their true issue and push for one step resolution so the user doesn’t have to come back again
  • Skilled at handling multiple issues at once to efficiently solve a large number of inquiries
