Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in managing IT services for Finance support functions and related technologies.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R12.2, particularly Finance modules.
• Hands-on functional expertise in Oracle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CE), and Tax.
• Knowledge of Purchasing/Procurement and Order Management, where applicable.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, VAT/tax configuration, tax calculations, and tax accounting.
• Experience with e-Invoicing implementation and integration between Oracle ERP and e-Invoicing platforms.
• Understanding of UAE VAT, local e-Invoicing requirements, and applicable government and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with integration mechanisms such as APIs, XML, JSON, middleware, or other integration technologies.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, configure Oracle ERP modules, improve business processes, and prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
• Experience managing SIT, UAT, regression testing, production deployment, post-go-live support, and user training.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or Finance. ERP Finance functional certification is preferred.
