TMC Middle East is currently engaged in a strategic project with a prestigious client in the UAE. We are seeking a highly capable Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant who can provide end-to-end functional support, drive business alignment, and ensure seamless finance operations within a dynamic enterprise environment.

 

About the Role:

Position: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional consultant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Business & Process Competencies

  • Strong ability to map business requirements to Oracle Fusion functionalities and recommend best-fit solutions
  • Experience in business process analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to understand and support financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit requirements
  • Exposure to change management, release cycles, and impact analysis
  • Working knowledge of integration touchpoints between Finance and other modules (Procurement, Projects, HR, etc.)

 

Key Responsibilities (Level 1 Support)

  • Provide first-level functional support to finance users:
  • User access & roles
  • Transaction support
  • System navigation and validation
  • Perform initial triage and issue analysis, ensuring accurate ticket classification and prioritization
  • Coordinate effectively with Level 2/3 teams, Oracle support, and implementation partners
  • Handle minor enhancements, configuration changes, and service requests
  • Support testing activities, including SIT/UAT, defect management, and validation
  • Assist in deployment activities, ensuring smooth transitions to production
  • Provide post-go-live stabilization support and ensure minimal disruption to business operations
  • Maintain proper documentation, knowledge base, and incident logs

 

Key Functional Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management
  • Expenses
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and functional analysis within Oracle Fusion environments
  • Exposure to production support / AMS environments, handling real-time business-critical issues
  • Familiarity with financial compliance, tax regulations, and reporting standards in enterprise environments
