We are currently seeking a dedicated OT Registered Nurse (OBGYN & Pediatrics) to join our dynamic surgical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in operating theatre nursing, particularly in obstetrics, gynecology, and pediatric procedures. A valid DHA license or eligibility is mandatory.

Role Overview:
The OT Registered Nurse will play a key role in assisting surgical teams and ensuring the smooth execution of OBGYN and pediatric surgeries. This role requires strong attention to detail, clinical expertise, and a commitment to patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and necessary surgical tools before procedures.
• Support surgeons and anesthetists during OBGYN and pediatric operations.
• Follow strict infection control and patient safety guidelines.
• Monitor patient vitals throughout surgical and post-operative stages.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records for each patient.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4 years of nursing experience in an operating theatre environment.
• Proven track record in handling OBGYN and Pediatric surgical cases.
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter required.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced medical setting.
