Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive with a background in chocolate or confectionery sales. The role involves developing new clients, managing existing accounts, and driving product sales across retail outlets, supermarkets, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with supermarkets, retail stores, distributors, and wholesale buyers.

Promote and sell chocolate and confectionery products to potential clients.

Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence.

Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to generate orders.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams for timely delivery of orders.

Maintain proper sales reports and client records.

 

Requirements

2–5 years of outdoor sales experience in chocolates, confectionery, or FMCG products.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
