WardaBeauty is a cosmetics business launching its operations in UAE. We are expanding our team and currently seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Representatives to join us in driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and engage potential customers to promote our products/services.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.

• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Experience 3-5 years in the following fields: Outdoor, Cosmetics, Perfumes and F&B.
• Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Representative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a car.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
