Description:
A motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell electrical supply products and leading electrical brands across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with contractors, MEP companies, electrical traders, industrial clients, and project consultants. This role offers attractive commission earnings based on successful sales and business development activities.
- Experience in B2B Sales.
- Strong network with Industrial Companies, Oil & Gas, Contractors, MEP Companies, and Factories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify new projects and potential customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Technical background in Electrical / MEP / Industrial Supplies is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads, business opportunities, and customer purchase orders.
- Introduce Solaria's products and services to potential clients.
- Follow up on quotations, tenders, and projects.
- Promote and sell Schneider Electric products and other electrical supply solutions.
- Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, MEP companies, industrial clients, and retailers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE electrical and construction sectors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Support the sales process from lead generation to closing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales of electrical products, switchgear, automation solutions, cables, lighting, or related products.
- An existing network within the UAE construction, industrial, or electrical trading sectors is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Schneider Electric products and other major electrical brands is preferred.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
