Packing Set Up Man

Description:

Packing Set Up Man with minimum, in last 3years must have independently handled the trouble shooting of equipment and machinery. Must have knowledge of the mechanical and electrical aspects of the production equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manages all Set up, Operational and Maintenance related issues of packing equipment
2. Responsible for machine modifications and settings to meet specific operational requirements
3. Monitors the operation of the lines or equipment to address any substandard performances
4. Maintains all necessary documentations and drawings for future references
5. Upkeep of all related machinery and refurbishment of obsolete or junk equipment

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1. Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or equivalent degree
2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of packing equipment and machinery in a large Glass manufacturing industry
3. Good technical knowledge & Practical expertise in handling packing equipment
4. Proficient in English with relevant computer literacy
