Paid Media Strategist

We're expanding! Which is a fancy way of saying we’ve got more client work than time, and we need a Paid Media Strategist to join The Big Lime team.

The Big Lime is a full-service creative studio based in the UK and UAE. We specialize in bold marketing & branding for brands who hate mediocrity.

This is a part-time role (with potential to turn full-time), and we’re looking for someone reliable who gets both sides of the coin: out-of-the-box creativity and the technical, analytical side of ads management.

What you’ll be doing:

• Full campaign setup (audience, structure, goals, etc.)
• Pixel and tracking setup (Meta, TikTok, GA4 if needed)
• Advising on budget, scaling, structure, forecasting
• A/B testing frameworks for creatives, targeting, and landing pages
• Collaborating on ad copy & creative direction (alongside our creative team)
• Launching, monitoring, & optimizing campaigns
• Post-launch reporting & insights

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 3-5 years of experience with Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
• Have managed budgets over £10,000/month
• Have experience working with international markets, especially the UK or US
• Have a portfolio or documented results (case studies, screenshots, dashboards, etc.)
• Understand how to launch products/services from scratch (not just optimize existing accounts)
• Bachelor’s degree minimum (Marketing, Media, or Business preferred, but not mandatory)
• Strong written & spoken English
• Can juggle multiple projects
