As a key member of the team, you will assist in various legal tasks, leveraging your bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Paralegal in a Real Estate Department.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of real estate legal processes, documentation, and regulations in the UAE.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting and reviewing real estate documents.
• Manage and organize legal documentation related to real estate transactions.
• Liaise with clients, government authorities and other stakeholders as needed.
• Assist lawyers in preparing for closings, hearings and trials.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in real estate matters.
• Support the Real Estate Department in administrative tasks and document filing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Proven experience in real estate paralegal work.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
