Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and engaging team member to lead parent communication, manage student attendance, and coordinate our extracurricular programme and school trips. This role is central to strengthening our school community, ensuring high-quality parent experience, accurate daily attendance processes, and smooth delivery of ECAs and trips in line with school and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Managing parent enquiries and communications
• Overseeing daily attendance and absence follow-up
• Coordinating ECAs, clubs, and school trips
• Leading Parent Council communication and engagement
• Supporting compliance with school and ADEK requirements
