Parking Supervisor

Elite Group Holding is currently seeking a responsible and proactive Parking Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of parking facilities within our managed properties in Dubai. This position requires strong coordination and customer service skills to ensure efficient traffic flow, slot allocation, and overall visitor satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and control day-to-day parking activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage allocation of parking spaces for tenants, staff, and service vehicles.
• Work closely with the security and operations team to coordinate traffic movement and prevent congestion.
• Identify and report parking violations, unauthorized use, or irregularities in real-time.
• Ensure the parking area remains clean, orderly, and hazard-free at all times.
• Provide on-ground assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries or parking concerns with professionalism.
