Part-time Finance Manager

We are looking for a **Part-Time Finance Manager** to join our team at a leading **fit-out company** in Dubai! This role is perfect for a finance professional seeking **flexible hours** while overseeing financial activities, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

📍 **Location:** Dubai
📊 **Reports to:** Managing Director (MD)
💰 **Salary:** AED 12,000 – 15,000 (depending on experience)

### **Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
✅ Develop and manage company budgets & financial forecasts
✅ Oversee cash flow, banking, and accounts payable/receivable
✅ Establish and maintain financial controls & internal processes
✅ Ensure compliance with VAT and tax regulations
✅ Provide financial analysis to support decision-making
✅ Work closely with other departments and external stakeholders

### **Skills & Qualifications:**
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus)
📌 3-5 years of finance experience, preferably in construction or fit-out industry
📌 Strong knowledge of accounting principles & financial management
📌 Proficiency in **accounting software (e.g., Zoho)** and **MS Excel**
📌 Excellent analytical and communication skills
📌 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
