A well-reputed organization based in Jumeirah 3, Dubai is hiring a Patient Coordinator to join their team. This full-time role is ideally suited for candidates with a strong background in patient services, preferably within aesthetic, dermatology, or broader healthcare settings.

The Patient Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth and professional interactions throughout the patient's experience. Responsibilities include managing patient scheduling, maintaining accurate records, coordinating between patients and medical professionals, and explaining aesthetic treatments and services when required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a patient coordinator in an aesthetic, dermatology, or healthcare setting.

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• Fluency in Arabic and Russian languages is considered a plus.

• Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail.

• Familiarity with aesthetic procedures and clinic operations is highly preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.

• Should possess a professional appearance and demeanor.

• Must be honest, trustworthy, and respectful in all patient and team interactions.
