Patient Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join our medical center in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments, effective communication, and a high standard of customer service while supporting the center’s service and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Coordinate patient flow between departments and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
• Explain services, treatments, and packages to patients and promote relevant offerings
• Support the medical center’s sales targets through effective patient engagement and follow-up
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations
• Verify patient documents and insurance details when required
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with internal policies
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and ongoing care
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Patient Coordinator, Receptionist, or similar role in a medical center or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings
• Proficiency in MS Office and medical management systems
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
