Patient Coordinator

Description:

Zulekha Hospital Dubai is looking for a professional and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join its healthcare team. This role is ideal for medical graduates who have strong communication skills and an interest in supporting patients within a hospital environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient services, assisting with healthcare-related communication, and ensuring a smooth experience for patients throughout their hospital journey. Candidates with MBBS or BDS qualifications and previous healthcare experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient appointments, inquiries, and healthcare service requirements.

• Assist patients with hospital procedures and provide necessary guidance.

• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and internal departments.

• Maintain accurate patient information and coordination records.

• Support smooth patient flow and improve overall patient experience.

• Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure timely assistance.

Requirements:

• MBBS or BDS degree required.

• Non-licensed medical graduates are welcome to apply.

• Arab National candidates preferred.

• Excellent communication and patient coordination skills.

• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
