Patient Coordinator & Admin Executive

 

Description:

Mihaana Care, a DHA-licensed telehealth clinic based in Dubai, is currently looking for a dedicated and professional Patient Coordinator & Admin Executive to join its expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care and administrative excellence, especially those who can effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking patients.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience, from initial communication to appointment coordination and follow-up support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient communications through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email in a professional manner

• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to ensure smooth clinic operations

• Process and manage patient referrals accurately

• Maintain and update patient records in the EMR system, including registration and documentation

• Assist with billing procedures and invoicing tasks

• Coordinate with doctors, laboratories, and partner hospitals to ensure seamless service delivery

• Support Arabic-speaking patients during consultations when required

• Ensure a high level of customer service and a positive patient experience

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken) is essential

• Previous experience in a clinic or hospital environment is preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude

• Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently
