Payment Specialist

Description:

A rapidly growing Forex trading company in Dubai is currently looking to hire an experienced Payment Specialist to support its financial operations and payment processing activities. The company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with direct experience working in Forex trading environments.

This role is specifically intended for candidates who have previous experience within Forex trading companies. Applicants with banking-only backgrounds will not be considered for this opportunity.

The selected candidate will play a key role in handling payment operations, monitoring transactions, supporting compliance processes, and coordinating with payment providers to ensure smooth financial activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage daily payment transactions including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and bonus payments

• Investigate payment-related issues, delays, and failed transactions while ensuring timely resolution

• Monitor, reconcile, and track fund movements within the company CRM system

• Maintain accurate payment records, banking details, and transaction documentation

• Coordinate KYC documentation and onboarding processes with payment service providers

• Ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations and internal financial procedures

• Analyze payment data and assist in preparing operational and financial reports

• Coordinate with internal departments and external payment providers to maintain smooth workflows

• Support process improvements related to payment systems and transaction management

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience working in a Forex trading company within payments or finance operations

• Candidates with only banking sector experience will not be considered

• Strong understanding of Forex trading operations and CFD products

• Experience with platforms such as MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and TradingView is preferred

• Knowledge of international payment systems, gateways, and payment providers

• Experience with UK payment systems will be considered a strong advantage

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, reconciliation, and data analysis

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Candidates must currently be based in Dubai, UAE
