People Operations Manager

Description:

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a seasoned People Operations Manager to lead and optimize HR operations across the Middle East. This full-time position will involve overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring compliance with local and global standards. As a key member of the HR leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people-first culture in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in a managerial capacity. You will be responsible for leading HR processes, managing recruitment strategies, supporting talent development, and providing data-driven insights to enhance HR operations and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and streamline HR processes across Middle Eastern countries to ensure seamless operations.

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to offboarding departing employees.

• Oversee recruitment strategies and proactively source talent to meet business needs.

• Support performance management, leadership development, and talent growth initiatives.

• Maintain HR data integrity and ensure compliance with both internal policies and external legal standards.

• Provide actionable insights from HR data to improve employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Partner with senior leadership to develop workforce planning strategies and strategic hiring initiatives.

• Manage relationships with HR vendors to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.

• 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.

• Deep understanding of GCC labor laws and regional HR practices.

• Experience with HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.

• Proven ability to lead in complex, multi-country environments.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
