Promocell is looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. If you love turning clicks into conversions and thrive on measurable impact, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies to improve results
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives
- Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Analyze traffic and conversion data using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio
- Report weekly on campaign performance with actionable insights
- Stay ahead of digital trends and platform updates
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong grasp of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4
- Comfortable with GTM, Excel/Sheets, and basic no-code tools
- Analytical mindset with a love for data-driven decisions
- Clear communication and copywriting skills
- Bonus: Experience with TikTok/LinkedIn Ads, Canva/Figma, or basic SQL
