Performance Marketing Manager

Description:

Turri Vive Clinic is seeking a full-time Performance Marketing Manager to drive revenue through Google Ads, SEO, TikTok, Snapchat, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). The role will also involve managing the videographer, telemarketing specialist, and graphic designer to ensure consistent and impactful campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

📲 Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, TikTok, Snapchat, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

🎥 Create and implement content strategies, including video planning and development, working closely with the in-house videographer.

💡Supervise the telemarketing specialist and graphic designer, ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing assets.

🗝️ Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights using Google Analytics and other tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) to continually optimize campaigns.

💎 Maintain and optimize existing digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, CRM Zoho, or similar).

💻 Use Zoho CRM (or similar) to track customer interactions, segment audiences, and integrate marketing campaigns with customer relationship management strategies.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

✅ Proven experience with Google Ads, SEO, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Analytics, and CRM Zoho (or similar)

✅ Expertise in content creation, including video scenarios and social media strategy.

✅ Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ads Manager, Zoho CRM (or similar).

✅ Proven ability to lead and manage a team (videographer, telemarketing, and graphic design)

✅ Analytical mindset with a focus on driving results and improving performance.
