Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled *Performance Marketing Specialist* who can independently build, configure, and optimize our entire advertising ecosystem across *Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, and Shopify*.

 

This role requires someone who is exceptionally strong in *technical setup*, tracking, pixels, server-side integrations, and performance optimization — not just launching ads.

 

If you cannot perform *full setup from zero to perfect*, this position is not suitable.

## *1. Full Technical Setup (Required Expertise)*

 

Candidate must be able to set up the entire advertising infrastructure professionally, including:

 

### *Meta (Facebook & Instagram)*

 

* Full Business Manager setup

* Linking Pages, Ad Accounts, and Instagram

* Events Manager configuration

* Pixel + Conversions API (server-side) installation

* Domain Verification

* Aggregated Events setup

* Fixing Event Matching issues

* Shopify Catalog integration

* Resolving catalog errors (images, prices, GTIN, availability)

 

### *Google*

 

* Full setup of Google Ads, GA4, Merchant Center

* Google Tag Manager implementation

* Enhanced Conversions setup

* Shopping Feed optimization

* Fixing Merchant Center issues (price mismatch, missing identifiers, disapprovals)

* YouTube, Search, and Performance Max setup

* WhatsApp conversion flow setup if needed

 

### *Snapchat & TikTok*

 

* Pixel installation (client + server)

* Events configuration

* Custom event tracking

* Launching conversion-optimized campaigns

 

### *Shopify*

 

* Ensuring all events fire correctly:

 

* PageView

* ViewContent

* AddToCart

* InitiateCheckout

* Purchase

* Troubleshooting tracking gaps

* Coordinating feeds and catalog connections
