Performance Marketing Specialist

 

Description:

This role is responsible for designing and executing high-impact paid media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads to scale Telescope Media Group’s digital presence, brand awareness, and campaign outcomes. The specialist will collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to turn data insights into effective actions and drive continuous performance improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Paid Advertising Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Discovery.

Build scalable campaign structures tailored to awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion objectives.

Conduct advanced audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike modeling.

Create strategic media plans aligned with business goals and content production timelines.

2. Optimization & Analytics

Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns for CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPM, and conversion rate.

Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

Track user journeys, funnel performance, and attribution using pixel events and analytics tools.

Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting with insights and actionable recommendations.

3. Budget Ownership & Forecasting

Manage ad budgets across UAE, KSA, and Jordan.

Forecast trends, allocate budgets efficiently, and maintain optimal spend pacing.

Take full responsibility for ROI and ensure performance efficiency at scale.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with creative teams to guide content direction, ad formats, and messaging that align with platform best practices.

Coordinate with strategy and business development teams to align paid media efforts with broader brand and campaign goals.

Ensure compliance with platform advertising policies and regional regulations.

5. Tracking, Automation & Technical Setup

Configure tracking: pixels, UTM parameters, events, API conversions, and data layers.

Work with development teams to ensure accurate tracking implementation.

Implement automation rules, scripts, and optimization flows for large-scale campaign management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably within media, production, or agency environments.

Meta Ads Manager

TikTok Ads Manager

Snapchat Ads Platform

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategies.
  • Experience managing medium to large monthly budgets.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content performance, and creative requirements.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
