Perfume Sales Executive

 

Description:

We are expanding our sales team and looking for experienced Perfume Sales Executives (3 Male & 2 Female) to join our dynamic team. If you have proven experience in B2B, B2C, and distributor sales, a passion for fragrances, and strong sales skills, we want to hear from you!

This role involves finding new customers, managing existing clients, and expanding our brand presence both locally and internationally. A high commission structure and exciting travel opportunities are part of the package!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new B2B and B2C clients (retailers, wholesalers, corporate buyers).
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop and manage a network of distributors to maximize sales growth.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Travel locally and internationally for client meetings, trade shows, and market expansion.
  • Track sales performance and provide market insights for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in perfume or cosmetics sales (B2B, B2C, and distributor management).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and locally as needed.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
