Description:

ADG Legal is currently looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to its legal team. This position is well-suited for individuals who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced legal environment. Strong communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information, and confidence in using digital and legal tools are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a legal setting will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and personal support to the legal team

• Manage schedules, tasks, and daily priorities efficiently

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned work

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients

• Utilize legal and digital tools to support daily operations

• Identify issues proactively and take initiative to resolve them

• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and workload demands

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Legal experience is an advantage but not mandatory
