We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to support management while assisting in training and technical coaching activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently
- Provide administrative and personal assistance support
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Support training, coaching, and technical activities
- Maintain and analyze data using Google Sheets and other productivity tools
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Technical Trainer, Computer Instructor, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail, Drive) – Mandatory
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- Professional attitude, accountability, and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Pleasant personality with a positive and proactive approach
