Description:

We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to support management while assisting in training and technical coaching activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently
  • Provide administrative and personal assistance support
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support training, coaching, and technical activities
  • Maintain and analyze data using Google Sheets and other productivity tools
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency

 

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Technical Trainer, Computer Instructor, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail, Drive) – Mandatory
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
  • Professional attitude, accountability, and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Pleasant personality with a positive and proactive approach
