Personal Assistant

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our business operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting software, experience with business setup/PRO services, and knowledge of government procedures and regulations in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to play a vital role in a growing corporate services company.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the CEO.

Manage schedules, appointments, emails, and phone calls.

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and reports as required.

Accounting and Financial Tasks:

Use accounting software to track expenses, manage invoicing, and prepare basic financial reports.

Assist in reconciling accounts and liaising with external accountants.

Business Setup and PRO Services:

Handle end-to-end business setup processes, including liaising with free zones and mainland entities.

Prepare and submit documentation for visas, company registrations, and renewals.

Coordinate with Amer centres and other Dubai government entities for processing documents.

Communication and Coordination:

Draft professional emails, letters, and other business correspondence.

Serve as the point of contact between internal teams, external stakeholders, and government entities.

Research and Problem-Solving:

Proactively identify and resolve issues related to government procedures and business operations.

Stay updated on changes to UAE regulations related to business setup and visa services.

Qualifications and Requirements

 

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a PA, administrative, or PRO role.

Experience with accounting software and financial tasks is essential.

Familiarity with business setup processes and UAE government entities like Amer centres.

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.

Ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
