Description:
Untitled Co. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO & Founder in daily operations, scheduling, communication, and strategic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional with strong problem-solving skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and handle all related logistics.
- Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, drafting emails, responding to inquiries, and maintaining professionalism.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
- Project Coordination: Assist in tracking and following up on projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Event Planning: Support in organizing corporate events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive company and personal information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks, errands, and any other duties required by the CEO to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Task Prioritization: Proactively identify urgent matters and manage priorities effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience in the creative, marketing, or branding industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work outside regular hours when required.
