We're Hiring! Personal Assistant to Managing Director – Bartawi General Contracting
Location: AlQouz industrial area 2- Dubai
Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, agendas, presentations, and follow up on action items.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate and organize executive-level meetings, minutes, and documentation.
- Assist in project tracking and ensure timely updates are communicated to the MD.
- Support both professional and occasional personal tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior leadership (MD, CEO, or similar level).
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and highly professional.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
