We're Hiring! Personal Assistant to Managing Director – Bartawi General Contracting

Location: AlQouz industrial area 2- Dubai

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, agendas, presentations, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Coordinate and organize executive-level meetings, minutes, and documentation.
  • Assist in project tracking and ensure timely updates are communicated to the MD.
  • Support both professional and occasional personal tasks as needed.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior leadership (MD, CEO, or similar level).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and highly professional.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
