Description:

SkyBlue Media is currently seeking a highly skilled and dependable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and efficient at juggling multiple tasks within a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
• Organize domestic and international travel plans, including flight bookings and accommodations.
• Prepare detailed expense reports and assist with reimbursement procedures.
• Support the coordination and execution of internal projects; serve as a key point of contact between the MD and various stakeholders.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure smooth daily office operations.
• Conduct background research and compile data for presentations and reports as needed.

Key Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high command of English.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
