Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage senior management’s calendar and appointments

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations related to ongoing projects

  • Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, and internal teams

  • Organize project files, proposals, and submission documents

  • Support in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions

  • Conduct market, product, or material research as requested

  • Assist in site supervision by coordinating with contractors, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and quality standards

  • Prepare site visit reports and highlight any discrepancies or issues for management review
