Key Responsibilities:
Manage senior management’s calendar and appointments
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations related to ongoing projects
Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, and internal teams
Organize project files, proposals, and submission documents
Support in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
Conduct market, product, or material research as requested
Assist in site supervision by coordinating with contractors, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and quality standards
Prepare site visit reports and highlight any discrepancies or issues for management review
