Description:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our senior management with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and emails
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
Maintain confidential records and follow up on tasks
Any other task assigned by management

🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Business/Administration preferred)
Experience as PA/Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong communication & MS Office skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
