Now Hiring: Personal Assistant (Hybrid) | Dubai

BALINCA is on the lookout for a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO and executive leadership team. This hybrid position offers the perfect mix of office-based and remote work, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic business environment and can handle multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare executive reports, briefs, and presentations.
  • Act as the key liaison between executives and internal/external partners.
  • Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and daily administrative operations.
  • Provide support for both professional and occasional personal tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven background as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive mindset and excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
