Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Admin / Personal Assistant to support our office operations and assist the management team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask, and play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage administrative tasks, correspondence, and filing systems.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules for management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documentation as required.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments efficiently.
• Provide personal and professional support to senior management as needed.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Admin, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant, preferably in real estate or consulting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general office management tools.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and attention to detail.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
