We are seeking an experienced Personal Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a prominent individual in Abu Dhabi. This hybrid role requires discretion, professionalism, and flexibility, including travel as needed.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendar, travel, and communications for the principal
• Act as a trusted gatekeeper for confidential information
• Coordinate personal and professional commitments
• Arrange complex travel and be available for travel when required
• Liaise with stakeholders, service providers, and other executives

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives or UHNWI

• Comfortable with hybrid work and flexible hours
